At The Locals Sale, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible sports equipment and apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
